Through relationships with local prison ministries and reentry groups, we met people who had paid their debt and were ready to work hard, provide for their families, and rebuild their lives—but couldn’t get a fair shot. We saw talent, discipline, and determination that the job market overlooked.
So we decided to do something about it.
